Tomorrow Heather, Collin, Nathan and I will start our first cross country trip to Kansas to visit Michelle and her gang. Mom and Dad left yesterday and arrived late this afternoon. This is my first long road trip with a baby since Debbie and I drove from Florida with Kristina and Michelle when she was 1 year old. I think Michelle cried the whole way, right Debbie!!! I would like to inform "The Lurker", or anyone else - that I will not be making blog postings while I am gone - but should have plenlty new material when I return! Yes I remember that well. Michelle cried the whole way to Michigan and I was clueless on how to comfort her; afterall, I was new to being an Auntie! Connie, what kind of car did you drive then? I just remember it was big and hard to control - or at least it was much different from the Toyota Corolla that I drove at that time.
I hope you all have a great visit together. Tell Jessa "Happy First Birthday" from Aunt Debbie. Don't forget to get a picture of all the grandkids lined up on the couch!
Yeah, great idea -- all the grandkids lined up on the couch or standing up outside for the pictures!
